Browser terminal
A full SSH terminal in your browser.
Open any server from any computer with nothing to install. Tabs, broadcast, snippets, history suggestions and recordings, all in one tab of your browser.
What you get
Real terminal
xterm-256color with copy and paste, links, resizing, search in scrollback, and 12 themes.
Tabs that stay open
Switch to files or monitoring and come back: your sessions keep running.
Broadcast
Type once into every open tab, for the same change on many servers.
Snippets
Saved commands with {{placeholders}}, sent to the active tab in one click.
Two ways in
Vault hosts with your own password or key, or enrolled servers with short-lived certificates.
Recorded if you want
Sessions can be recorded, encrypted, and replayed later with a timeline.
How to set it up
Sign in
Open your K2Shell and unlock your vault.
Pick a host
Choose a vault host or an enrolled server. Open several at once.
Work
Your terminal opens in a tab. Close the browser and reconnect later.
Questions
Does my password go to the server?
For vault hosts, the browser decrypts the credential and sends it over HTTPS for that one connection. It is used in memory and never stored.
Does it need an agent on the server?
No. It connects over plain SSH. Enrolled servers just trust your account's certificate authority.
