Questions
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep going. Until you do, you can still sign in, export your hosts and change settings, but terminals, agents, monitoring and backups pause. Your data is kept.
Do I lose trial days if I subscribe early?
No. Subscribe during the trial and the first payment is taken when the trial ends.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, any time from Plan and billing in the app. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
How does Team billing work?
You pay per seat, including your own. Add members by email; each member keeps their own private, zero-knowledge vault.
How does Self-hosted work?
The full app on your own server, with a license key for your install. Pricing depends on your setup: email support@k2shell.com and we will put together an offer.
Do you offer refunds?
If something is not right, email support@k2shell.com within 14 days of a payment.
